Compression style fittings include a steel ferrule for a secure connection to the conduit. Compression Style Conduit Fittings
Compression style fittings include a ferrule that fits the proper conduit size. They are required for black Extra Flexible Conduit installations where the conduit is not pre-cut with fittings and may also be used on polymer conduit. All connectors (except HD style for large wire conduit) fit A-4, A-5 or A-3 style quick disconnects including those used on feeder inlet guides. Replacement ferrules also available.


Conduit & Cable Hangers
WizardGear® Conduit Hangers prevent excess droopage in conduit that can cause excessive wire friction. Hangers feature heavy duty steel construction and Velcro straps to secure cables and conduit. Recommended accessory for conduit & cable balancers.


Conduit Strain Relief Connectors
Steel strain relief connectors are available for both Polymer and Extra Flexible Conduit. Strain relief connectors are strongly recommended for robotic welding applications and any installations where the conduit is subject to significant bending or flexing. Length: 10.5″ (267mm)

The 55 gallon drum manifold kit dispenses Blue Magic® or Blue Chill® anti-spatter to Torch Wizard® Nozzle Cleaning Stations or to refill stations for nozzle dipping or spraying. Fire Resistant Drum Covers
Wire Wizard® durable fire resistant covers provide effective protection for fiber or cardboard packaging located near the weld cell. In the US, fire resistant covers are required by OSHA for all combustible wire packaging within 35 ft (10.7m) of the arc. Available for round, square or octagon bulk wire packages.

Small Steel Wire Straightener
The Wire Wizard® Small Steel Wire Straightener is designed for straightening or recasting steel wire sizes .035 to .062. The main body is constructed of aluminum, making our straighteners some of the lightest in the market. All models are equipped with a locating calibration on the face of the unit and a fine adjustment scale on the tension knob. This results in an extremely fast and accurate setting of wire cast. Solenoid Kit (24V)
The 24V Solenoid Kit serves as an automated electronic shutdown for the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist and also as an emergency shutoff. The solenoid prevents the loss of air pressure when the motor is not in use and shuts down the motor immediately in case of an emergency. Compatible with both Feed Assist models.


Square Drum Hoods

Telescoping Conduit Kit
Changing out wire drums is quick & easy with the Telescoping Conduit Quick Disconnect Kit. Simply disconnect from the drum hood and slide the conduit up, then slide it back down to reconnect to the next drum of wire. Kit includes two linked pieces of our green polymer conduit with connector ends that can extend up to 5’ (1.5m)

Torch Liners for Aluminum Wire
Low friction torch liners for aluminum wire are available for PowerBall® MIG Guns as well as other welding guns. Order 15′ (4.6m) nylon liners for PowerBall® MIG Guns or others with collets that fit a .184″ (4.67 mm) outer diameter liner. Bulk torch liner (sold by the foot) is available in extended life graphite or nylon material. May require a collet on some welding torches. Contact customer support if you are unsure of liner compatibility or require an aluminum liner for a specific torch model.

Turn Table Brake Kits
Pneumatic or drag brake kits are available for the Mechanical Turn Table. The Pneumatic Brake Kit includes a 24 VDC solenoid valve and can be used to slow or stop drum in welding applications where a higher wire feed speed is required and to prevent over-rotating. The economical drag brag is manually adjusted and may be used in applications where the drum rotation speed must be reduced. Turn Tables are available with pneumatic brakes pre-installed.


Turn Table Protective Cover
This Protective Cover for the Wire Wizard® Mechanical Turn Table is a recommended accessory to prevent dust, oils, and other industrial contaminants from building up on the wire and causing problems with residue build-up inside the wire delivery system. Constructed of tough polyethylene for long shop life. Compatible with up to 26″ (660mm) drums.

Weld Shield Gas Flow Switch
This compact flow switch provides reliable and accurate detection of excessive or insufficient flow rate at the weld point. A digital display offers visual flow rate indication for quick and easy switch adjustment. Precalibrated for common Ar/CO 2 welding gas mixtures, including: 92/8, 90/10, 80/20, 70/30 and 60/40. Wire Cutters
Three wire cutters models are available. All cutters feature a robust O-1 hardened steel blade for superior blade life. Integrated Wire Cutter – May be added to 7-pin or 9-pin Torch Wizard® Cleaning Stations sold without them. They are included on stations with a “C” in the part number, such as the EL-NCS-AC-16 or EL-NCS-ACD-16. Cuts Wire sizes .035 to .062. Wire Delivery Installation Kit

Wire Draw Gauge
The Wire Wizard® Wire Draw Gauge is designed to accurately measure the draw weight of MIG welding wire pulling through the conduit. This allows the operator to troubleshoot wire delivery problems and check the amount of strain the wire is creating on the feed motor. Hand-held, battery powered (9-volt). Max pull weight: 12 lbs (5.4 kg).


Wire Feed Assist Mounting Adapter
Adapter mounts Wire Pilot® Pneumatic Feed Assist (oil-less model) to the top connection point on the Non-Stop® Wire System stand. Includes insulating liner.


Wire Feed Speed Sensor – Torch End
This hand-held, battery operated tachometer incorporates the latest single chip micro-circuit technology for high reliability and low maintenance. Capable of measuring and retaining RPH, RPM, FPH, FPM and MPH. Feed wheels provide easy measurements at the torch end to verify and fine tune wire feed speed. Includes carrying case. Manual application only. Does not take continuous readings.


Wire Feeder Extension Kit
Due to its unique design, the PowerBall® MIG Gun power cable may interfere with some wire feeder housings. To overcome this, simply install the optional extension kit between the feeder adapter and the rear connector on the torch to extend the feeder adapter further away from the wire feeder housing.


Wire Gage Block
Use the Wire Gage Block to ensure cleaned/sized wire joints will feed smoothly when using the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System. The block includes slots for .035” (0.9mm), .045” (1.2mm), .052” (1.3mm) and .062” (1.6mm) wire. Note: Wire Gage Block included on Butt Welder Docking Station.


Wire Guide Caps
Wire Guide Caps are required for initial wire feeding when using Wire Guide Modules with cored wires. Simply crimp the guide cap onto the end of the wire and feed wire to the feeder. Guide Caps may also be used with other wires to avoid hang-ups when initially feeding wire from a new package to the feeder. 100 caps/pkg.


Wire Level Gauge
The Wire Level Gauge makes it easy to detect the amount of wire left in wire drums or boxes. The gauge features magnetic wire detection that slides down the drum as wire is depleted, offering a convenient way to monitor wire usage. Compatible with solid steel wires in fiber drum or cardboard packaging, not compatible with cored or non-ferrous wires.


Wire Parters
Wire Parters will cut flat wire ends in order to butt weld wires together properly when using the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System. Note: Wire Parters included on Butt Welder Docking Station.


Wire Pilot® Drive Rolls
Heavy duty drive rolls for the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist are hard chromed and polished for maximum performance and durability. Drive rolls are available for all common wire sizes from .035″ (0.9mm) to 3/16″ (4.8mm) to cover both MIG and SAW welding applications. Sold individually.


Wire Pilot® Drum Adapters
Wire Pilot® drum adapters are designed for securely mounting the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist on top of a Wire Wizard® drum hood. Wire Wizard® drum hoods are reinforced to support the additional weight, mounting the Feed Assist on other drum hoods may result in damage to the hood and/or the Feed Assist. Drum adapters include a ceramic inlet to eliminate wire shaving.


Wire Pilot® Feed Assist Turn Table Kits
Wire Pilot® Feed Assist Kits for the Mechanical Turn Table are recommended in applications with larger wires as well as long distance conduit runs often required in SAW applications with manipulator systems. Kits are available with single or tandem Wire Feed Assists. Includes Feed Assists, brackets, filter/regulator/lubricator and all mounting hardware. Feed Assist drive rolls sold separately.


Wire Pilot® Inlet Guides
Inlet guides are available for both the oil-free and oiled models of Wire Pilot Feed Assist with female threads for quick disconnects (A-4 and A-4HD) or with ceramic inlets. Standard inlets with 1/4 in. NPT-F threads are included on the oil-free model (PFA-LM-15). The oiled Feed Assist model (PFA-LM) requires A-1B-C inlet guide(s) or other inlet based on the welding application.


Wire Pilot® Mounting Brackets
Wire Pilot® mounting brackets are compatible with both models of Feed Assists (oiled model shown in photos). Two options are available: A Wall Mount Bracket for mounting in a fixed position, and a Pivoting Extension Arm that allows the Feed Assist to pivot upward for easy wire drum change-outs.


Wire Pilot® Wire Feed Assist
The Wire Pilot® Pneumatic Feed Assist provides an economical way to help your wire feeder move wire through the conduit in applications with a complex wire delivery setup, long distance wire feeding or where the workload on the wire feeder must be reduced. When combined with the Guide Module System, the Feed Assist allows the ultimate flexibility when it comes to wire delivery and wire packages can be located 150 ft (46m) or more away from the arc. New model includes a redesigned, more compact industrial enclosure to keep out industrial contaminants. Compatible with ferrous & non-ferrous wire. Includes filter/regulator/lubricator (FRL). Patented design. Drive rolls sold separately.


Wire Presence Sensor Kit
The Wire Presence Sensor and Proximity Switch Kit is a highly recommended peripheral for robotic welding applications using bulk wire. The sensor detects and signals when the drum is empty, and the proximity switch connects to a PLC to stop the welding cycle when wire is depleted. This prevents unnecessary burn backs from occurring at the contact tip when the wire is finished, saving your consumables and reducing downtime. PNP or NPN proximity switch options available. Wire Retract Kit
The Wire Retract Kit serves as an automated forward/reverse control for the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist and also as an emergency shutoff. The solenoid allows the wire feed to be reversed when necessary and shuts down the motor immediately in case of an emergency. Compatible with both Feed Assist models.


Wire Sizer
The Wire Sizer for the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System is designed to quickly and cleanly size the butt welded wire joint by removing the burr in the weld. Simply insert the wire, clamp down and pull the lever to remove the burr for smooth wire feeding. Wire Sizers are available for common solid and cored wire sizes up to .078″ (2mm). Wire Tracker Digital Wire Monitor
The Wire Tracker™ Digital Wire Monitor provides an easy way to monitor and track wire in robotic or semi-automatic MIG welding applications. The device may be mounted in-line for 24/7 monitoring or used as a portable unit to check wire usage per weld or wire feed speed. It provides a simple and accurate method for monitoring and totalizing wire consumption and measurement & verification of wire feed speed. The unit can also monitor and detect potential wire delivery issues with the optional add-on Feed Motor Current Sensor .
